Fantasy ImpactBoutte recorded a season-low offensive snap rate in Week 7: 31%. This is notable given Xavier Hutchinson's involvement and Marvin Harrison's expected role growth. Jaylin Noel did suffer an injury, but Boutte has yet to surpass 40 receiving yards in a game and has seen a decrease in snap rate in each of the last two weeks.

Fantasy ImpactBoutte has had his name in trade rumors for most of the offseason following the Patriots offseason additions of AJ Brown and Romeo Doubs. Boutte will get a fresh start in a wide open wide receiver room with Houston. He should compete for a role as a field stretcher for the Texans.
