Fantasy ImpactHiggins is still listed on Cincinnati's injury report due to a nagging foot injury, but it's not a serious issue at this point and he was able to log a full practice session on Wednesday. He should be good to go for Week 1 and projects to be a good fantasy option against the Buccaneers.
